Relationship Intelligence™ and the Relationship Intelligence Arc™ (RIA™) are used within Heal & Coach® as conceptual, educational and coaching frameworks for structured reflection and personal development.

RIA™ follows the applied coaching sequence:

These frameworks and associated tools are not presented as clinical diagnostic instruments, psychological tests or substitutes for professional mental-health assessment.

Where research or conceptual material relating to Relationship Intelligence™ is discussed, its research status should be understood separately from its application as a Heal & Coach® coaching methodology.

Heal & Coach® does not use coaching to diagnose mental-health conditions, personality disorders or other clinical conditions.

Relationship behaviour, communication patterns, attachment-related experiences or emotional responses discussed during coaching should not be interpreted as a clinical diagnosis of you, your spouse, partner, former partner or another person.

Coaching should also not be used to establish whether another person is deceptive, abusive, narcissistic, mentally ill or affected by any other clinical condition.

Where two people participate in coaching together, Heal & Coach® facilitates structured reflection and conversation but does not act as a judge, arbitrator or decision-maker between them.

The coach does not determine:

• who is right or wrong
• who is responsible for a relationship problem
• whether the relationship should continue
• whether either person should separate
• what legal action either person should take

Each participant remains responsible for their own choices, actions and decisions.

Personal and relationship outcomes vary substantially between individuals and circumstances.

Testimonials, examples, educational materials, case illustrations or descriptions of potential benefits must not be interpreted as promises or guarantees that another client will experience the same result.

Heal & Coach® does not guarantee specific emotional, personal, professional, financial, marital or relationship outcomes.

Coaching is a collaborative process.
