Heal & Coach® is a private coaching and personal-development practice focused primarily on:

• Marriage
• Relationships
• Relationship Intelligence™
• Personal Growth
• Life Transitions
• Executive Relationship & Life Coaching

Services may include individual coaching, couple coaching, structured programmes, private-client engagements, educational resources, workshops and other related offerings.

Services are primarily delivered online and may be available to clients in India and internationally, subject to suitability, availability and applicable requirements.

Heal & Coach® provides coaching, relationship education and personal-development services.

Coaching may support areas including:

• self-awareness
• communication
• relationship patterns
• boundaries
• personal growth
• decision-making
• relationship understanding
• behavioural change
• goals
• life transitions

Coaching is a collaborative process.

Heal & Coach® does not make personal, relationship, marital, career, financial, medical or legal decisions on behalf of a client.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and outcomes.

Heal & Coach® coaching services are not a substitute for:

• psychotherapy
• psychiatry
• clinical psychology
• medical treatment
• clinical diagnosis
• legal advice
• financial advice
• emergency or crisis intervention

Where your circumstances require a regulated or specialist professional service, you should seek assistance from an appropriately qualified professional.

Unless a specific service expressly states otherwise, clients booking Heal & Coach® services must be 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into the relevant agreement.

By making a booking, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally entitled to purchase or participate in the service.

Where services involving a minor are specifically offered, appropriate parent or legal-guardian consent and additional safeguards may be required before participation.

Bookings are subject to:

• availability
• payment
• suitability
• confirmation by Heal & Coach®
• applicable service conditions

Submitting a booking request or payment does not necessarily require Heal & Coach® to accept an engagement where the service is considered inappropriate, outside professional scope, unavailable or otherwise unsuitable.

Once accepted, booking confirmation and relevant session information will ordinarily be communicated electronically.

Current service fees are displayed on the relevant Heal & Coach® website pages or communicated before purchase.

Heal & Coach® may offer different pricing for India and international markets rather than applying a direct currency conversion.

Where regional pricing applies, the appropriate fee may be determined according to the client's primary country of residence or other clearly communicated eligibility criteria.

Prices may be changed for future bookings at any time.

A price change will not ordinarily alter a booking already confirmed and fully paid, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Fees may be subject to applicable taxes, duties or statutory charges.

Any applicable tax treatment should be displayed or communicated as required.

Clients may also incur charges imposed independently by their bank, card provider, payment processor or foreign-exchange provider. Such third-party charges are outside the control of Heal & Coach®.

Payment must be made through an accepted payment method communicated by Heal & Coach®.

Unless another arrangement has been expressly agreed in writing, payment is required before the scheduled session or commencement of a programme.

A booking may remain unconfirmed until required payment has been successfully received.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.

Cancellation, rescheduling, missed-session and refund conditions are governed by the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy and any service-specific terms communicated at booking.

Clients are encouraged to review those conditions before making payment.

Where a programme contains multiple sessions, unused sessions remain subject to the validity period and conditions applicable to that programme.

Clients are responsible for joining scheduled sessions on time.

If a client arrives late, the session may still conclude at its originally scheduled end time to avoid affecting subsequent appointments.

A missed session or failure to attend without appropriate notice may be treated in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If Heal & Coach® needs to reschedule a confirmed session, reasonable efforts will be made to provide an alternative appointment.

Some Heal & Coach® services are offered as structured programmes containing multiple sessions over a defined period.

Programme participation may include:

• scheduled coaching sessions
• exercises
• reflection work
• educational resources
• check-ins
• agreed communication between sessions

The exact inclusions are determined by the programme purchased.

Programme sessions should be completed within the applicable programme period unless an extension is expressly agreed.

Programme purchase does not guarantee any particular personal or relationship outcome.

Certain services may provide Private Client or priority-access arrangements.

Depending upon the service purchased, these may include:

• priority scheduling
• scheduled private sessions
• brief check-ins
• selected messaging access
• periodic reviews
• other expressly stated benefits

Priority access does not mean unlimited or 24-hour access.

Messaging and check-ins remain subject to agreed professional availability, working boundaries, scope and the conditions of the relevant programme.

Private Client services are not emergency-response services.

Where two people participate together, both participants are expected to engage respectfully and voluntarily.

Heal & Coach® facilitates structured coaching and conversation. The coach does not act as:

• judge
• mediator in a legal dispute
• arbitrator
• investigator
• advocate for either participant

The coach does not determine which partner is right or wrong or decide whether a relationship should continue or end.

Where circumstances indicate that joint coaching is inappropriate, Heal & Coach® may recommend individual support, specialist assistance or discontinuation of joint sessions.

Where individual conversations occur within a couple-coaching engagement, the treatment of information disclosed individually should follow the confidentiality approach communicated for that engagement.

Clients should not assume that a private conversation with the coach during couple work automatically carries a particular secrecy arrangement unless that arrangement has been expressly established.

Relevant expectations should therefore be clarified before or during the coaching engagement.

Heal & Coach® treats coaching conversations with professional care and discretion.

Confidentiality may be subject to limitations arising from:

• client consent
• legal obligations
• court or regulatory requirements
• serious safety concerns
• other circumstances permitted or required by applicable law

Additional confidentiality terms may be included in the coaching agreement or informed-consent process.

Information handling is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Clients agree to participate in coaching responsibly and to provide information they consider relevant to the coaching process.

Clients remain responsible for:

• their decisions
• actions
• relationships
• personal safety
• implementation of coaching insights
• obtaining specialist advice when required

Clients should not knowingly misrepresent material information where doing so could significantly affect the safety or appropriateness of the coaching engagement.

Heal & Coach® is committed to maintaining a respectful professional environment.

Threatening, abusive, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate, harassing or persistently disruptive behaviour toward the coach, team members or other participants will not be accepted.

Heal & Coach® may suspend or terminate an engagement where continuing it would compromise safety, professional boundaries or the integrity of the coaching relationship.

Any financial implications of termination will be handled according to the applicable terms and law.

Heal & Coach® may use Relationship Intelligence™ and the Relationship Intelligence Arc™ (RIA™) within its coaching and educational work.

RIA™ follows the applied sequence:

RECOGNIZE → EXAMINE → LIBERATE → ALIGN → TRANSLATE → EMBED → DESIGN

These frameworks are used for structured coaching, reflection and personal development.

They should not be interpreted as clinical diagnostic instruments, medical assessments or guarantees of relationship compatibility or success.

Heal & Coach® may provide questionnaires, reflection exercises, checklists, scorecards, workbooks, conversation tools or digital resources.

Unless explicitly identified otherwise, such tools are intended for coaching, education and reflection.

They are not clinical diagnoses or medical, psychiatric or psychological assessments.

Results should be interpreted within their stated purpose and limitations.

Heal & Coach® may use appropriate digital or AI-assisted technologies in connection with administration, education, content, analysis or coaching-related processes.

Technology-assisted outputs should not be relied upon as independent medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal or other regulated professional determinations.

Where technology is used, Heal & Coach® seeks to maintain appropriate attention to privacy, human judgement, professional boundaries and client agency.

Relevant personal-data processing remains subject to our Privacy Policy.

Clients participating online are responsible for having:

• a suitable device
• reliable internet connection
• functioning audio/video where required
• a reasonably private environment

Heal & Coach® cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party internet, telecommunications, video-conferencing or payment platforms.

If a significant technical failure prevents a session from proceeding, an appropriate alternative arrangement may be offered depending upon the circumstances.

Heal & Coach® may work with clients located outside India.

Clients remain responsible for determining whether the coaching service is appropriate and permissible in their jurisdiction.

Availability of Heal & Coach® services internationally does not represent or imply that Heal & Coach® is licensed to practise medicine, psychotherapy, clinical psychology or another regulated healthcare profession in every jurisdiction where a client may access the website.

Coaching outcomes depend on numerous factors, including individual circumstances, participation, relationships, choices and events outside the control of Heal & Coach®.

Accordingly, Heal & Coach® does not guarantee:

• relationship reconciliation
• marriage
• prevention of separation or divorce
• emotional recovery within a particular period
• career advancement
• financial improvement
• behavioural change by another person
• any specific personal outcome

Testimonials and client experiences represent individual experiences only.

Website materials, Insights, articles, videos, newsletters, social-media content, podcasts, downloads and other public resources are provided primarily for general informational and educational purposes.

Public content is not personalised coaching merely because it appears relevant to a reader's circumstances.

Use of this website alone does not establish a coach-client relationship.

Unless otherwise stated, the website and original materials made available through Heal & Coach® are owned by, licensed to, or otherwise lawfully used by Heal & Coach® or the relevant rights holder.

Clients may not, without appropriate permission:

• resell
• sublicense
• commercially distribute
• teach
• modify for commercial use
• upload to another platform
• represent proprietary Heal & Coach® material as their own

Participation in a service does not transfer ownership of Heal & Coach® intellectual property.

Clients may not record, livestream, reproduce or distribute coaching sessions without prior agreement.

Heal & Coach® will not intentionally record a private coaching session without an appropriate basis and notice or consent where required.

Any agreed recording remains subject to privacy, confidentiality and intellectual-property considerations.

Heal & Coach® may publish genuine testimonials or client experiences where appropriate permission has been obtained.

Testimonials may be edited for length, readability or privacy without intentionally changing their substantive meaning.

No testimonial should be interpreted as a promise that another client will achieve the same outcome.

The website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, payment providers, video platforms, scheduling services, publications or other resources.

Heal & Coach® does not control all third-party services and is not responsible for their independent content, availability, security or privacy practices.

Users should review the applicable third party's own terms and policies.

Heal & Coach® may collaborate with organisations or refer clients to other professionals where appropriate.

A referral does not automatically constitute a guarantee or endorsement of the independent professional's services.

Any material commercial relationship associated with a referral should be disclosed where appropriate.

External professionals remain independently responsible for the services they provide.

Heal & Coach® is not an emergency or crisis-response service.

Do not rely on a coaching appointment, email, WhatsApp message, website form or other Heal & Coach® communication channel for urgent crisis assistance.

If you or another person is in immediate danger or experiencing a medical, psychiatric or other emergency, contact the appropriate emergency or crisis service available in your location.

Heal & Coach® may decline, suspend or discontinue services where reasonably necessary, including where:

• the service is outside professional scope
• continuing coaching appears inappropriate
• professional boundaries are repeatedly violated
• payment obligations remain unresolved
• there is threatening or abusive conduct
• the engagement creates material ethical, legal or safety concerns

Where reasonably possible, relevant next steps will be communicated to the client.

Termination does not automatically remove payment obligations already incurred.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Heal & Coach® will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising solely from a user's reliance on general website content or from decisions independently made following coaching.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory consumer rights that apply to you.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users agree to be responsible for losses or claims arising from their unlawful misuse of the website, infringement of intellectual-property rights, unauthorised distribution of proprietary materials or material breach of these Terms.

This provision does not require a consumer to assume responsibility that cannot lawfully be imposed upon them.

Personal information is handled according to the Heal & Coach® Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.

Before using services that involve providing personal information, clients should review the Privacy Policy.

Where third-party platforms are used, those providers may separately process information according to their own policies.

Heal & Coach® may periodically modify, replace or discontinue website features, programme structures, service formats or future offerings.

Reasonable care should be taken to avoid materially reducing a service that a client has already purchased without an appropriate alternative, adjustment or other remedy where applicable.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in services, technology, legal requirements or business practices.

The current version will be published on this page with the applicable Last Updated date.

Changes will generally apply prospectively unless law or the relevant agreement requires otherwise.

If a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions should continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

A failure by Heal & Coach® to enforce a provision on one occasion does not necessarily constitute a waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce it subsequently.

For international clients, mandatory consumer protections applicable in the client's jurisdiction may also apply irrespective of a contractual choice-of-law provision.
